Spice up the garden with a Fairy garden or Gnome Home! These miniature container gardens are GREAT ways to have a little creative-fun this summer! In this video, I will show how you can easily make your own fairy garden or gnome home. These  miniature gardens bring so much joy each day, it's a must have for any size garden (indoors or outdoors)!

HOW-TO: FAIRY GARDENS

HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED TO CREATE A FAIRY GARDEN:

1. A small to medium size container with drainage (make your own holes if need be or you can use cactus soil if you plan on re-doing every 3-6 months). You can also find these types of containers in the garden sections of Home Goods, Dollar Tree, TJMAXX, Michael's, and Target.
2. Plants!! CHOOSE YOUR OWN FAVS (Keep them small) or follow along with what I did:
  • 6 pack of small, colorful flowers (taller).
  • 6 pack of succulents or 2-3 individual succulents, various sizes.
  • Pet Grass
  • 6 pack of Alyssum flowers, to attract butterflies
3. A small bag or two of soil. (Cactus Potting Mix or Miracle Grow will work.)
4. A bag of preserved forest moss. Moss can also be found at Dollar Tree or Michael’s. There are different colors and textures depending on your preference.
5. Rocks and/or Sand. (Dollar Tree or Michael's)
6. Fairy Garden Decor:

(Great gifts as well!) If you did like this video, make sure you are subscribed to my channel and give this post or video a big THUMBS up! Have fun and happy summer!!
